I believe mental health care should feel welcoming, personal, and free of judgment. From the first hello, I focus on what matters most to you, your story, your pace, and your goals.

Together, we blend evidence-based techniques with everyday tools so progress feels doable between sessions. You'll always know I'm cheering you on and ready to adjust the path whenever life shifts.

Anxiety & Life Transitions (for women in their 20s and 30s)

Your 20s and 30s weren't supposed to feel this hard.

Somewhere between graduation and "figuring it all out," a lot of women hit a wall, anxious, exhausted, quietly convinced everyone else is doing this better than they are. If that's you, you're not broken. You're adjusting to a life stage nobody really prepares you for.

I help with:

  • Anxiety and racing, catastrophic, or perfectionistic thinking

  • Depression and low motivation

  • Family and relationship conflict, including boundary-setting

  • Career stress, imposter syndrome, and burnout in your first "real" job

  • The identity questions that come with leaving college life behind

  • Chronic stress and the sense that you're always behind

What therapy with me looks like: We start with what's loudest right now, the anxiety spiral, the family blow-up, the 2am spiral about your career and work backward to what's actually driving it. Expect practical tools you can use that week, plus the deeper work of understanding your patterns so they stop repeating.

Motherhood & Maternal Mental Health

You can love your baby and still be struggling. Both are true.

Nobody tells you that motherhood can come with rage you don't recognize, guilt that never quits, and grief for the person you used to be. If you're a mom who feels irritable, anxious, overwhelmed, or like you've disappeared into "mom" and lost the rest of you, I want you to know: this is common, it's treatable, and it's not a reflection of how much you love your child.

I help with:

  • Postpartum anxiety and depression

  • "Mom rage", sudden anger or irritability that scares you

  • Mom guilt and the pressure to be endlessly patient and present

  • Loss of identity, missing who you were before motherhood

  • Overwhelm, exhaustion, and the invisible mental load

  • Relationship strain that shows up after a baby arrives

What therapy with me looks like: No judgment, ever. We'll talk honestly about the hard parts of motherhood that you might not say out loud anywhere else, build real coping strategies for the day-to-day, and work on reconnecting with yourself, not just "surviving," but actually feeling like you again.
